You must not attend Waratah Golf Club if you are required to self-isolate. Reasons that require you to self-isolate include:

• You have COVID
• You have been tested for COVID and have not yet received your result
• You are suspected of having COVID
• You have flu-like symptoms including runny nose, cough, sore throat, headache or fever
