Presentation Dinner

BACK TO WARATAH–CAKE CUTTING

Combined with

CHRISTMAS FUN DAY

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL EVENT with a good turnout of 51 players to enjoy the day. The cake was baked and decorated by Helen Donaldson and the honour of cutting the cake was given to Jan Baldwin ex Women’s Member and an ex-President.

Seventeen Ex-Waratah members joined the ladies for lunch and not only was the cake cutting a success but members turned on a show for the day dressed in their Christmas gear as well as playing great golf. The format for the day was a four person team event, Stableford-one score to count; however there was a slight twist with only three clubs and a putter allowed. In first place with 50 points, Jenny Butler, Donna Drake, Trudi Edwards, Tracy Baker-Holmes, second place with 48 points Lynne Page, Loraine Smith, Judy Skinner, Margaret Robertson, third place with 47 points, Diane Poole, Robyn Forbes, Dianne Watson, Gael Andrews. Great scores, surprising what can be achieved with only four clubs. Congratulations to the winners, and especially the Committee for their organization. A great day was had by all and of course Winners are Grinners!!!
