Why become a member of Waratah Golf Club? "Why Not"!
From the Manager.
Well, our club is the oldest established club in Newcastle formed in 1901, we have a quality 18 hole course which is improving all the time.
It is relatively flat which makes for an easy and enjoyable walk but still provides a great challange to all golfers.
Couple this with a friendly atmosphere both on and off the course it makes for a great place to make new friends and renew aquaintances with old ones.
Our Club has a reputation for being great nursery for producing top line golfers such as Nathan Green, Leigh McKechnie, Col and Ken Johnston, Adele Bannerman, Beryl Tobin and the 2007 Newcastle Hunter District ladies Golf Association District Champion Ashleigh Odgers and many more.
So why not make "Waratah" your club. Come along and see our friendly staff at the club or take a look at the associated web pages for further information about becoming a Privleged Member at our great course.
Our Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and most Saturdays from 8am to 12pm
