Waratah Golf Club has two distinct score cards. One scorecard is for men's competitions and general play and one for ladies competitions and general play. The par (ACR) rating for men is 71 while the ladies par (AWCR) rating is 72.
The index for each hole is statistically calculated, for both men and ladies scorecards, to provide a fair and equitable chance for any player in any playing division achieving a "handicapped par" result for each hole. The men's course was re-indexed from the 1st of February, 2007.
Currently, the men's course is 5932m long with a Front 9 length of 2893m and a par of 36 with a Back 9 length of 3093m and a par of 35. The ladies course is 5206m long with a Front 9 length of 2565m and a par of 36 with a Back 9 length of 2641m and a par of 36.
