The Club Championship - 2010
Change of Dates for Club Championship
The Match Committee after representation from the members have decided that the Club Championship will be played over three Saturdays rather than the previously published format.
The 2010 Men’s Club Championship is to be played over 3 rounds commencing Saturday 11th September 2010 and finishing on Saturday 25th September 2010.

| Entry Fees |
1) Cost for 3 Stroke Rounds—$60.00 per player which includes “Nearest the Pin” on the 3rd, 9th and 11th. |
2) Players not participating in the Club Championship but still wishing to play will pay $20.00 per round . |
3) Entry Fee to be paid at the Office. Cash, Cheque EFTPOS or Credit Card welcome. |

| Championship Rules |
1) Played in three grades over 54 Holes Stroke: “A” Grade 0-12, “B” Grade 13-19, “C” Grade 20-36 |
2) Event is open to all 7 day members and other eligible members. |
3) All Players nominating MUST pay the 54 Hole Championship fee before playing the 1st round. |
4) Play will be from the 1st tee for all 3 rounds. |
5) Tee times will be allocated on a first come/first served basis. |
6) In the event of a washout the round will be lost even if some players have finished their round before a washout has been declared. |
7) In the event of a tie the Match Committee will decide a play off time. |
8) A Member can win ONE (1) prize only in the championship event |
9) Entries close Tuesday 7th September, 2010. |

The Foursomes Championship - 2010
- To be played on the 19th and 26th June 2010.
- In the event of a tie the Match Committee will decide a play-off format and time.
- Play will be in sixes from the 1st Tee.
- Players will keep place on Time Sheet both rounds unless Match Committee decide otherwise.
- Team members may tee-off on the same holes in both rounds.

- 27 Holes to be played on August 15th to be incorporated into Sunday Competition.
- Cost is $54.00 per team ($27.00 per player) for the 27 holes.
- In the event of a tie the Match Committee will decide a play-off format and time.
- Play will be in sixes from the 1st Tee.
- Players will keep place on Time Sheet both rounds unless Match Committee decide otherwise.
- Fees for both rounds to be paid before hitting off in first round.
- Men to tee-off on odd numbered holes with the ladies teeing off on even numbered holes.

Mid-Week Members Championship - 2010
The 2010 Men’s Wid-Week Club Championship is to be played over 2 consecutive Wednesdays commencing Wednesday 9th September 2010.

- This is a STROKE Event.
- Cost is $30.00 per player for the two rounds.
- In the event of a tie the Match Committee will decide the winner by Countback on the last 9 holes of the 2nd round and in case there is still a tie Countback of the last nine holes of the 1st round.
- Play will be from the 1st Tee.
- Open to all 5 & 6 Day Members.
- 7 Day Members and Visitors will play an Individual Stroke.

- 32 players to qualify in Singles.
- Play on or before due date or forfeit.
- If a match is all square after 18 holes play will go to the 19th etc until a result is reached. Strokes will again be given where applicable if play extends beyond 18 holes.
- If players fail to reach an agreement regarding date to play knockout, the player at the starting place 1st tee by 1:00pm on the last due date and is ready to play shall be declared the winner.

Eclectic Competitions - 2010
- The Eclectic Competition will be divided into a Autumn and Spring Events.
- Autumn Eclectic runs from 6th February 2010 to 12th June 2010.
- Spring Eclectic runs from 3rd July 2010 to 13th November 2010.
- All 5, 6 and 7 Day Male Members are eligible to enter. (Ladies run their own event)
- Events will be run in two divisions: Division 1: 0 to 12 Handicap. Division 2: 13 to 36 Handicap.
- Scores must be for a valid competition played at Waratah Golf Club (excludes Chook Runs, Ambrose & Foursomes events).
If you would like to keep track of your Autumn and Spring Eclectic scores you can open and print off the Eclectic Score Sheets (Adobe PDF format) and fill them in at your leisure.

- YLH Corkers Golf Club joining fee = $10.00. Competition Fee each Thursday = $17.00. Corkers Shirts = $25.00.
- YLH Corkers Golf Club is an independently run golfing competition that plays each Thursday at Waratah Golf Club. To play in a YLH Corkers Golf Club event you must be a member of the YLH Corkers Golf Club, have registered Golf Australia handicap and abide by the rules of golf.
- The YLH Golf Cup will be run over two x 20 week periods each calendar year with the Summer YLH Golf Cup starting on Thursday, 4th February 2010 and the Winter YLH Golf Cup starting on Thursday the 8th July 2010. Results and Point Score Standings
- The Sponsor's contribution will be:
- $1500 per annum
- 5 Trophies for both Summer and Winter YLH Cups ($500)
- $25.00 voucher each week, each year ($1300) NTP (9th Hole)
- YLH mail out (2 per year) to promote the YLH Cup and Annual Presentation
- Continue to sponsor the 2nd Tee
- All events are Individual Stableford events unless stated otherwise (visit the Waratah Golf Club Monthly Program guide on this website).
- All events are handicapped and your handicap will be updated with either Golflink or with your golf club.
- All Matches to be played at Waratah Golf Club.
- Trophy donations are optional.
